Actually is not in the minority here! Most of the smart grown up people with eyes for business don't just come here and reply to kids that cry that they want their lunch money to make them rich overnight. When in fact this sharecoins were free to most of the kids posting here and should be thankful that they just made a average of 100$ profit from doing nothing!

So again another one who intends on purchasing a lot more
ShareCoins and investing in FeeShares?

Because atm, I'm seeing a few people saying it's good but
plenty still up for sale. And Mr whale who hasn't put his
money where is mouth is, yet?

Exchanges are 2 a penny, it's a crowded market. So right
now it's pure speculative IF in the future the exchange is
successful.

I hope it is, but right now I'm not buying ShareCoins to
invest in FeeShares.

I'll wait and see the btc pairing, and decide what to do,
unless the current offering is changed. This does not
excite me in anyway (for a brand new and unproven
exchange):

20k ShareCoin @ 300 sat = 0.06 btc ($26) for 0.001%

This! Isn't there some way to calculate the expected ROI from freeshares? I am not a mathematician, so this is not my strong suit (although I am holding both Sharecoins and Freeshares *and admit to being totally speculative, but it was free so some long shots in life are worth taking)...but I'm sure someone smarter than me has some formula to figure this out? Even just as a speculatory theory...

20k ShareCoin @ 300 sat = 0.06 btc ($26) for 0.001%
Total Revenue (so far) = ?
0.001% of Revenue = ?
FreeShare value = ? BTC
rough estimate based on share/btc transactions: 2~3BTC so 0.1% fee, gives a profit of 0.003BTC
0.001% of 0.003 = 3sat
edit: forgot it gets paid in Sharecoin so it is 0.01sharecoin

FeeShare earnings are paid in BTC to your ShareXCoin balance.

No, FeeShare sale will close 3 days after all ShareCoin are distributed, given everyone a chance to get their hand on FeeShare.

Whats the plan for the unsold shares?
Also in an unlikely event, if not enough share are sold, how will you generate the 2XPOS for exchange coins and pay out the multipool?
I wrote all about it here: https://sharexcoin.com/fee_shares/about

Hi Zip, the exchange site looks very good to me, there is one thing i worry:
the exchange fee is 1%, is it too high?
Because I see a lot of exchange, such as btc-e, mintpal, cryptsy all have fee of around 0.1-0.2%.

It's .1%. Just try it. I put in a test buy which was .035 BTC, the Fee was listed as .000035 which is .1% of the buy price.
yeah, that  just a typo I think, unless they are planning on changing it.
Yes it was a typo, I fixed it.

I have some questions, please answer as it's the only things I'm concerned about.
The info says this:

"FeeShares can only be purchased by ShareCoin. ShareCoins generated from selling FeeShares will be disitrbuted back to the public, free of charge.

ShareCoin are distributed to the Multipool's miners at the current market price. As the ShareCoin are taken from the FeeShares sell, this won't affect the market price. Threrefore, miners are getting ShareCoin at the best rate available."

Does that mean the btc generated by the multipool will count as profit to ShareXCoin, since you actually don't use it to buy?

If that's correct, then please answer this:
Will a feeshare generate from the profit that the multipool mines?

If that's correct, then I see feeshare as a viable investment.
Yes, you are correct. BTC from multipool is also counted as revenue of ShareXCoin and it go directly to FeeShare's holder.

As it stands, 0.001% of the exchange's income is worth $50.

$50 how often? If you invest $50 and it returns $50 a year, that's a very very very good investment.

that's damn high, too good to be true

The point is, we don't KNOW if the value of FeeShare is high or not. Since we don't know the ROI. We can't know the ROI until we know the weekly/monthly revenue of the exchange.

I'm shocked at the number of complaints. I expected a few, but 1500 people were basically GIVEN .003% of the revenue of an exchange for nothing more than about 5 minutes of work, ie dl a wallet, sign up, put something in your sig for a week.

No one is twisting anyone's arm to buy FeeShares.

the problem seems to be that some people were buying on the exchange with plans to buy freeshares, but not enough info was provided... so they claim.

Not yet, staking will start when the initial FeeShare sale closed and will stop when no ShareCoin is left in the exchange's wallet.
And FeeShare sale will open again to generate ShareCoin for the exchange's wallet, and then when the sale closed, it will start paying interest to ShareCoin's owner, and stop when no ShareCoin left, and the FeeShare sale will open again to generate ShareCoin for the exchange's wallet, and then when the sale closed, it will start paying interest to ShareCoin's owner and will stop when no ShareCoin left and will open again,etc..... this keep on going until 50,000 FeeShare  are distributed to the community.

Ok, I get that. But sometimes in life you take a risk. Without the price of FeeShare being listed they took that risk. They could have waited. That said, the highest I think I've seen 20k share sell for was about $40 worth of BTC. There's no way to know if that is a good or bad price before we start to see what the FeeShares are returning.

I do agree that if the price was known ahead of time it should have been listed in the OP. Also, the line about "if you own SHARECoin you share in the revenue of the exchange" wasn't 100% correct but was clarified on the thread. But, the OP should have been corrected.

Ah. So if you are right, 20ks is 7280ks per year, which is .073 BTC or $ 32.23 per year. At the current exchange rate of 303 Sat = 1 SHARE that's about $30 for a fee share. So, 100% return on investment per year.

That is over priced?

my calculation was based on current volume(about 20 btc), if volume skyrocket to 1k it will become very profitable, but for now not so much

Read it here: https://sharexcoin.com/fee_shares/about
so at the moment there are 10x more FeeShares than ShareCoins and only ShareCoins can buy FeeShares.
So technically ShareCoins are more rare than FeeShares.
Sorry but your FeeShare are way overpriced
