So, I got a little problem right now.

I opened up the wallet after a few days (was the 1.5 wallet) and it staked immediatly.

Now, seeing that I got only two connections to the network I figured something is fishy and I found the new 1.6 wallet.

So, went and upgraded, copied the wallet and opened up again, all while my coins were in the "staked" stage.

Now, my coins don't show up in the QT wallet. They are in the adress, but are not seen anywhere. Do I just have to wait or did I fuck up?

In console, type repairwallet and hit enter and you ll be good to go  

Edit: also when process is done, close wallet and open again!

Thanks for explaining this fix. I had the same problem, followed your instructions, and the fix worked perfectly. I could see my coins were in my address in the block explorer, but they were not showing up in my wallet.

Yep, he was very smart and bought quite a bit from the early dumpers. I didn't have any ready BTC or I would have done the same.
