this is normal speculation. every rise has a retracement. this coin has fundamantals, it will defnetly rise to 1000 sats

It charges 0.0002 btc for one withdraw, Dev, Why don't u pay the transaction fee?

I assume he is paying the fee based on the reference client. A fee isn't always required depending on the inputs, age of inputs, etc.

I'm not setting a fixed fee for bitcoin daemon when send a transaction. It's determined automatically by the bitcoin daemon.

Hope u set a fix fee 0.0001 btc for the transaction like mintpal. Otherwise it really takes a long time to wait confirms. I have waited several hours and still 0 confirm 

Actually I set a fixed fee before but I changed to dynamic fee determined by bitcoin daemon thinking it would be better this way. But seems like it's not as good as I expected. I will switch back to the fixed transaction fee.
