This is truly biggest fail in the recent altcoin history.
There was no launch that bad for a long time.
Sorry, but we have to admit, that many people might lose lots of money on this one. The price almost reached ICO price and probably will continue to fall. And even if it jumps up, it might never go pass over 1000 satoshi, since people will be looking way out. It's really unexpected since everything seemed done really professionally until the launch day. And now the coins and it's devs seem to be marked and it will be extremely hard to leave all this behind.
People who invested more than 5 BTC are in really bad situation now, since they basically have no way to back out without losing it. Situation requires strong reaction and Moolah definitely and without a doubt should not release escrowed funds to the devs. Those funds might be used as a way out (devs could set buy walls slightly BELOW ICO prices), but unless there is no guarantee that devs will use it like that, Moolah should keep the coins.
Also, smart idea would be returning 100% of the investment to ICO holders and halting the whole project, since really, it became true mess. I was following this coin for a few months and I was hoping that it will be one of the biggest successes this year, and yet it is without a doubt biggest crypto failure - not only because of high expectations but also because so many things were botched.
I desperately want out, as probably many people do.
Totally agree - see my earlier post on this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=587080.msg8396506#msg8396506I'm judging from your username that you're a Chinese buyer. Not good. As you, I and others have said, devs need to come back with a really convincing statement that acknowledges what happened, truly accepts responsibility and provides a compelling action plan for making this right. Or this is just another copycoin and their names and reputation on this message board and in cryptoworld generally (including the twitterverse) are mud.

So people are aware, if the Syscoin developers do not deliver a working coin - we will be looking in to the process of investor refunds. It will be a pain in the ass, but it is within our capabilities.
We have requested an update from the Syscoin team, and made our disappointment very clear. A clear plan of action and timeline needs to be communicated.
In the interests of public transparency, 250 BTC was released purely for buy support (by request of the Syscoin team). It does not appear that this has been done however, and I am awaiting a response from Dan Wasyluk.
We will not be releasing any additional coins until all issues are resolved.

Guys... Reality check time. You gave these Bozos $750,000... They aren't replying because they're fast asleep on the the duck down pillows they bought with your money. Moolah aren't going to refund you dollar one. They are also in it up to their necks. The partnership was announced in the OP. They promised you the world and you got a copy and paste coin with a few pretty videos.
they have been doing this for free so far and also shared source code, they deserve money for time invested, i have faith in dev team and i'm sure they will deliver as they got finally paid for it. 1500BTC seems too much but there are investors not hesitating to invest 50btc in one coin so if it was even 10000BTC i dont mind, better for safer distribution, and also this coin is meant to exist for years, i'm glad i invested, if price goes under ipo for a while i don't mind. Good luck dev team. The source code in the github is just a litecoin fork. No trace of their so called new features no nothing. I'm sorry but that is just bullshit. A simple install of the qq will tell you that. Since when did litecoin have the ability to create alias and sign contracts

Give the bastards a chance to set things right before you throw your coins away. 8 hours for a official response would be fair.

wow..sub stage 1 ICO price on mintpal! where is the supposed buying support at the stage 2 ICO price? i am surprised it got to this point.
Pretty interesting that we're seeing still 500 on bittrex. Enormous spread but without a fully working blockciahn arbitrage is impossible.

Are you a representative of Moolah? If so, good on you and good for Moolah's reputation - I'd be more inclined to sign up for Moolah-backed/escrowed ICO's in the future if that's the case. Best-case scenario of course for the devs to simply own up to what they did and fix this so we can get everything back on track. If not, even a refund at this stage would be a loss - it would represent a loss of time at the very least. Time that buyers could have spent on other opportunities. Let's all hope it doesnt come to that, but it's up to the devs. It's in their court.

Slex just happens to be my nickname :-). Indeed, on our end it would represent a loss of time, money and even more importantly - reputation. If we do have to go down the process of refunds, we can automate for the most part by sending out a unique form link to associated email addresses. I would much prefer this be fixed however.
