@DEV, I created one alias and spent 5172 SYS, why is it so expensive!!
They did post cost schedule, but the thing is the wallet should also notify users when they create alias about the price.. One NXT alias is just one NXT,SYS alias is so expensive, can somebody tell me what the alias creation fee will be used for?

so data storage is broken, the investors promises were unfulfilled. Moolah will do the right thing and not hand the BTC over, we have faith in him, he wouldn't want to be labeled a scammer.
'Syscoin offered a 100% refund on failure to deliver of it's promised 5 core-features (escrow thru Moolah)' They haven't failed to deliver, those features are just broken and incomplete right now(well at least for QT interface), give them some time. as far as im concerned, if at launch they are broken and incomplete then they have failed. or are you trying to say they have unlimited time to fufill these promises?

Read the OP. So people think about what their doing and don't spam the blockchain BUT - We are going to add a command to help determine the price of a service prior to calling it. The fee schedule explains it all, but we will add this to the wallet to be more explicit.

Going to reply to this one later. Sorry but tired and need some sleep at this stage. The QT-Wallet was never meant to be used as THE interface for syscoin services/commands..
That's ok, take you time. So your point is that SYS will have another interface(web?) other than QT-wallet to run services? Then that would make more sense cos this interface right now is totally broken That would be very helpful to bringing confidence to where it was before this wallet glitch. A genuinely *new* wallet that looks innovative and user-friendly (rather than like every other altcoin QT wallet template, including standard icons and "litecoin" references) -- and that makes the special features easy for the average person to use -- will give SYS a huge boost as an innovative coin (see ducknote). SYS will need this and other confidence-boosting measures to assure buyers of your programming skills, management competence and creativity. It will also help to have an honest accounting of what went wrong, who specifically was responsible and what will be done going forward to ensure something like this doesn't happen again, including management changes. Markets can be harsh but they reward transparency and quick, corrective action.

Those features should work on console, just broken on QT interface, as Dan said before. QT wallet is really tricky so give them some time.

Yep, and logged an enhancement on github for the service fees prior to calling a service; definitely something we'll add.

Bought a couple of BTC worth between 690 and 700. Seems like a fair price to buy in compared to the ICO price and considering just how much was invested at that price. Support at 700 appears strong indicating others see 700 as a good entry as well. Worth a gamble - should go at least 400% above ICO before it starts to slow down, bit of a waste selling now if you got in at the ICO price to be honest.

They should have released there platform ans then asked for an IPO, then they would only have 0.15btc, and disasters like this wouldnt happen. Would have been great to have a functional wallet with a smooth release. But hey who am I to say what 1500btc coding looks like.

Dev team did make some huge customizations on blockchain, that's the point I'm 100% sure, but tbh I would prefer to see they release the basic wallet without those features, which are not complete on QT-interface... b/c that's what most people and investors wil see. Well at least it's good to see they are making some progress on Github, but it would be better if they can keep the compiled wallet up to dated

The FUD was epic with this one! Guess some people didn't buy in the IPO? Lol... Relax and don't panic. Time is on our side. This looks way more developed than Viacoin (so far). Not as much as NXT, but solid.
The nodes and some details were a fumble, but if you sell now you are going to feel really foolish later.

They also forget that EVERY inventor throughout history has made mistakes before producing a working product. Some with much more money at stake than 1500 BTC. I've seen this many times and it still saddens me. To all the whiners, complainers and those making threats: Man has had 3.8 billion years of evolution. Act like it!

Thanks and your right- its much easier to update QT than to update the blockchain. We have already pushed fixed relating to the LTC label. We will add more to the QT wallet over the week- the core network was the most important factor for launch.
