What does it mean? I thought coin is pure pos since launch? There is no mining pools, it's 100% premined and wallet staking looks good. Where i am wrong?

Yes, no mining pools, no reward for mining proof of work. But we need to remove the poor of work. its a POS coin, but has Proof of work as well.
