Maybe he meant 2 million actively being trade on exchanges specifically bittrex.

On Bittrex. Can't guarantee that it will stay that way but the odds are good that it will.  I think we have very serious investors behind ENRG.

But the coins are still to cheap so I advice you to buy some on Bittrex
