I can confirm - we ar enot able to bring the multipool online at this time until the outtage with the provider is resolved.  Sorry for teh delays in these times of sadness and sorrow.  We suggest you eat some brownies and wait out the situation while playing Super Mario Brothers 2 ROM on your NES emulators.  you can get the rom here http://coolrom.com/roms/nes/17307/Super_Mario_Bros._2.php  and the emulator here : http://coolrom.com/emulators/nes/

Have you tried any troubleshooting yet?
Do you have coins in your wallet?

If you don't, have you tried deleting everything and starting over?
If so, does it always get stuck on a particular block, or does it not even start?
