My Windows client shut down. Do we have centralized coin, then devs can shut down complete network and running clients? Am I missing something?
NODE is centralized??? Explanations are welcome.
There is a synchronization versions, see nodemoney.com app 8. checked before running version Wait for new version

My Windows client shut down. Do we have centralized coin, then devs can shut down complete network and running clients? Am I missing something?
NODE is centralized??? Explanations are welcome.
Main peers now run only by devs. When we out of beta it will change. Due to numerous requests of Node community we have decided to reveal some secrets of network architecture and structure of queries and interactions before the end of beta. The main secret of transaction speed is in the sAtructure of Node network which is designed according to the principle of functioning and interconnections of brain neural network. All nodes in the system are peers similar to brain neurons. Ordinary nodes serve as input neurons, the main nodes play the role of hidden neurons. Blockchain this output neuron. Node network includes the main nodes and ordinary nodes. Main node is a client running on the server via a key (start index.js -key: examplekey), ordinary node are the same clients running without a key. Number of main nodes is mathematically unlimited. Main node takes over 10,000 connections. If you run the client and first main node already has 10,000 connections than the client connects to the next main node. Ordinary nodes are connected to the main node and to the several other connected nodes through the main node. The main nodes primarily interact with each other. For quick transaction the client needs to keep connection with one main node and with several ordinary nodes. There's enough 2-10 connections for fast work. If the transaction is committed by main node and by several ordinary nodes it is enough to fix the transaction by the entire network via priority communication of main nodes. Thus, the client does not need to keep the simultaneous multiparty connection with all other network clients to sync transaction. Kind Regards to all Nodepeople, Nodelab

Devs, you have the balls. Real Node coins, beta network/client completely controlled by devs Your coins on Your client, but You cannot be synchronized, because the network has been updated on the new algorithm. When will final a stable network , we disable checking versioning

Devs, you have the balls. Real Node coins, beta network/client completely controlled by devs US government can shut down the internet. They have the balls. They shut down internet to north korea for a few days. Internet is not decentralized. Welcome to real world.

What I don't understand is the point of test network.
Why don't test new client there? So everything go smooth and fast on the main net after it. It's not cool to disable peers from synchronization for 2 hours or so.

NODE Rewards Update:There has been an addition to the node reward system. If you are running a node on a Windows PC, you will now be rewarded as well. Since people are running it from their personal PC, Windows nodes will have a requirement of being up at least 12 hours a day and the reward will be 75 NODE per day or however many NODE you accumulate after 12 hours (you can do the math, I'm lazy ).
Special thanks to sava0123 for writing and running the scripts for the NODE Rewards. Wait, wait, wait, what?! What does this entail? Is it the same as a node controller that we setup in a VPS? With the same rewards? So setup a Windows PC, with a node add in 500k? This is a private giveaway, to forge you need at least 500k NODE in your account. I am giving away the NODE to help out those who cannot forge at the moment.

You can forge but at the moment some people are taking advantage of the system so I and a few others have decided to even out the field a bit. Once forging is more balanced, you should be able to forge and the giveaway will not be necessary anymore.
