Hi,
I have a problem. I tried to send to alcurEX some Node, but it has only 2 confirmations. It needed 3. I initiated this transaction am march 2, 2015... 2 days ago.
Incoming transactions: Currency Amount confirmations left Transaction id NODE 884.89200000 1 14221985297230183940
What to do?
which NODE version you are using? Latest is 0.9.6 I use win64 - Version 0.9.6 ? was this solved ? The state my nodes unchanged...

This transaction stucks in node network. I think alcurex dev has no possibility to change this. My Win 64 Node-GUI shows the same state. I sent an another transaction after this, it was succeeded. Interesting, but very dangerous.

Sorry to bother you but I bought a Raspberry Pi 2 and I don't know how to use the wallet on it. Can someone does a full and update explanation please ? Could be great for the future. Thank you ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) This was the way I managed to run NODE on my RPi 2: Follow this instructions to install node and npm: http://weworkweplay.com/play/raspberry-pi-nodejs/After that download the client and go to the extracted folder with index.js and run the commands: "npm install" and "npm update" Then "npm -g install forever" and "forever start index.js" (like the node instructions) But be aware, the NODE client takes ~250MB of RAM which is already 25% of what we have. And the GUI is quite slow so don't expext to see the latest blocks within 20 sec ;-) And download the bloackchain before. Verification still takes ages. Thank you very much. I think it's working, I've done the "forever start index.js" thing and my CPU is working around 25% for 10 minutes. But I don't see the GUI. I suppose it's normal ? And I didn't download the blockchain by myself because I just don't know how to do and use it ^^ Edit : I downloaded the blockchain from here : https://mega.co.nz/#!AxhXiDAb!7yyUoUJOl1O6BOZZSZtQQsHt3rD0VOQc9YCU1o-mMtM I put it into my db files and reboot. I suppose I just have to wait a little bit... Actually you should see the gui under localhost:18775 or yourlocalip:18775. maybe you need a few tries until it shows up. But there is no GUI like in windows.

Thanks, it's perfectly working. Thank you again!!! Two last questions (I hope ^^) : - How do I know I'm connected and Nodemoney is running without any connection problem ? - Is the connection secure this way ? Because I see http instead of https...

To the connection: I do not know exactly. As my Pi still runs perfectly after the IP change that is done every day I assume it keeps itself connected. But how often it loses connection... Probably we will see when the reward for online nodes is being distributed ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) The guy running that script should know about how to check the connection "quality". As you access your own node client locally there should not be a security problem. As for connections to the web, someone pointed out a solution over ssh (that i do not know at the moment). And devs said they will add ssl security some time in the future.

Au contraire. The market is now so thin we can go from a 1000 Node dump to an instant 500 Node pump. Market madness on a tight budget. What more could anyone wants?

is a sudden dramatic decline of NODE ,any reason ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) It was only on one exchange which has since died. It moved to a new one but it isn't anywhere near as established as the hacked one.

Anyone day traders had everything on BTER is my guess and no-one wants to trust the new exchange, coupled with the fact that there are still some short term holders that must be panicking and dumping. LOL
Let them.

So to anyone's knowledge, has there been a real world transaction involving Node yet? We need our 10,000 BTC pizza moment.

i dunno. alcurex is doing a good job being active everyday and answering and solving problems. they also have 2fa email on demand for each user. all their wallets are cold. no hot wallet i believe. i believe slowly all the majority node market will move to alcurex.

But BTer had big volumes in multiple currencies. I'm sure a big chunk of Node volume was curiosity from elsewhere. That's why we still need more exchanges, especially larger ones. Operating in a vacuum doesn't push things along very well.
