Pretty much. The block explorer is stuck and I haven't had time to maintain the server. I plan on shutting down my server by the end of 2015. I do not plan to do anymore development on the UVC wallet either. But that's just me... The UVC wallet is solid and we have never had a hard fork of the blockchain.    Cool
