could the attack on dedicated today be related to them being one of the main pools for AC and other new coins that have turned out to have bad code?

I mean I've been thinking it for days... We're not all code readers and the respected pools are our first line of defense, a pool the size of dedicated could easily pay someone to vet a coins source code before they add them. I kind of assumed they would already as well as the exchanges. If a coins developer is confident in their product they'd have no problem standing by their work and submitting it for some scrutiny.... some one could make a good business out of being a reputable coin vetter

i've got 3 back up pools for every coin i mine.

dedicated is DDOSed today because its Shibe coin (with huge premine) launch. Somebody doesn't want them to participate.
