Hopefully the next step is merchants realizing that if they held their BTC for 30-45 days, or a portion, that could have increased their profit margin.
This should allow companies to offer their services at a discounted rate for those who pay in BTC.
It's great for everyone.
They're scared because the opposite could also happen and their profit margins would tank. |

They're scared because the opposite could also happen and their profit margins would tank. Which is why NAUT is better. With the new proof of stake method implied in combination with the NSF even a drop in value wouldn't necessarily mean a drop in profits. |

This is just a public service announcement to my fellow Nautiluscoin holders. I apologize for this being completely off topic. I really do. But this might save someone's hard earned money. Cloakcoin appears to be unraveling as i type. Apparently, the PoSa code they've been talking about doesn't actually exist and their "anonymous" transactions are accomplished by simply relaying all traffic to a single server that does coin mixing. The devs might have caught on to other people catching on and may have already jumped ship. http://pastebin.com/3KzxJxFAhttp://www.reddit.com/user/doghousedetective/If true, the market is unraveling slowly, so you still have a chance to get your coins out. But do your own research and come to your own conclusions. My personal opinion is to avoid cloakcoin like the plauge and buy as much naut as you can right now. As far as we are aware there is no mobile wallet in development yet. But the community does have the to do list put together that I usually place in my posts once per page here. That to do list does have a mobile wallet on it. It is a necessity for merchant acceptance if you ask me. Ease of access in the physical world for transactions is important. |

Im fishing for some info here =) The interest (and coin generation) are suppose to be based on current value of the coin (I assume based on what the official web site says). Ultimately the method I gleaned from the web site description looks to help the stabilization of the value of the coin in that not too many coins will be generated at certain times whereas now coins will be generated at others. Probably based off of the values from mintpal and Bittrex (highest NAUT volumes) but I am speculating. I have not been told. |
