The pool has been down for 20 minutes, the front-end has been down during a DDoS that has lasted 9 hours already.
We managed to bring it back up though.

DEDICATEDPOOL experienced a massive DDoS attack today in response to having a large hash rate on Shibe coin.

We were down for over an hour.  However we have responded with better protections going forward.

We are now back up and running.

It is not a rumour.  I'm not going to call anyone out without proof, but just look at which pools were up during all that.  Even dedicated was down and we had some solid DDoS protection.  We have now mitigated it and upgraded our protections even further.

Please come back and mine with us and support honest pools that work hard for you miners!

See, the problem with such a short mining period is that it is worthwhile for people/groups with the resources to DoS everyone else while throwing everything at this coin until they collect all of the the blocks. Or if you have a big enough farm you don't even need to DoS anyone else, just collect a huge portion of the limited blocks while someone else DoS's for you. So who wants to buy from these jackasses that hold all the cards? Nobody with any intelligence... Therefore coin is worthless right out of the gate.
