I did, he doesn't necessarily think its a scam, he just grew tired of all the pm's send to him because of the ponzi site being down, so he put it on the black list so he could focus on serious projects.

well thats not a direct scam. it s just an official and public announced PONZI system!!
guys, it s a fraudulent scheme used here and the dev of shibeponzi wrote that into that site.
scam would be if he would guarantee every payer to get a payout.
