With the circumstances around this relaunch (all the previous compensation etc) this initial dump was inevitable. IMO whoever has dumped all their coins has done so at a crazy low price. Hopefully it's a good thing for the coin long term though as it means the coins are more evenly distributed and the price can hopefully now start to rise towards it's more realistic place.

It depends if I think the coin is at least stable, with good community support and good Network hashing rate, then I'd rather hold a bit longer if it's still at a reasonable price. But like you mentioned, in the end it's all smoke and mirrors.

One other thing: so the coin had a premine, and then it was relaunched with a fraction of the block reward going straight to the dev (1%). Did I get it right?

yes i mined the coin and supported it ,the dev decided that the scrypt coin market was dead (i argee) so relaunched as x13. the original miners got given the coins to replace those they had worked for so what dickhead , that is totally fair. what ever your problem is will need a brain transplant at least to correct why not go and play on the train tracks and do us all a favour. bye bye
