No, not yet. A few pages back dev specified that PoS will start just after block 10000, which will be just a few hours ahead.

Now that we are PoS only, here's a question for the coin gurus:

How will the uncormifed coins in last blocks mined mature for a payout?

I can see in the pool I'm in confirmations to have stopped.

Are all those coins still uncorfimed lost for good?

When it switches to POS it's very slow at first; it takes a while before POS operates at normal speed. The POW generated coins will confirm in POS.
