+1 I'm surprised BTCD is so low given we're going back and forth for #1 right now.

Little help please. How long do i have to wait to reserve staked coins (reserved 30 min ago, still no show in "spendable") and how to unstake them?

...Perhaps we should make plans to start breaking into new markets (Africa, India -- anyone?).
I considered this myself a few weeks ago when looking into the cost of billboard advertising in Africa. BlackCoin will likely do very well in emerging markets as smartphone use is gaining traction quite quickly in both Africa and India. We could benefit immensely if we focus on long term goals and target market these economies early in the game. I understand that there are a lot among us that want to see this coin jump in price within the next few months. I am not one of those. I rarely even see the price until I buy. What I do see is real world value and believe we should also focus on long term goals that are 4-5 years out. BlackCoin needs to be used for what it was designed for. Currency. People need to sell eggs for BC so they can buy milk or firewood with BC. And although 1% interest doesn't seem like a lot to most of us, it's an incredible amount to someone living in a third world country whose fiat currency keeps declining in value. We need to capitalize on our strengths: Confirmation speed, 1% interest and our ubiquitous name. Thinking outside the box is what we and Blackcoin should be all about. The emerging third world is positioned perfect for Blackcoin... Maybe better said, Blackcion is positioned perfectly for Africa. One more thing to think about is the fact that India "Loves Gold". The billboards there should read something like, Blackcoin Join The Crypto "Gold" Rush...

Is it normal that the gpu doing the display output has a lower hashrate? Fanspeed was set manually if you wonder about it - i will change that, but that's not the problem. When i mine Scrypt-N i have the same hashrate on both cards. For me that was the case yes, when mining scrypt, I always had ~5% lower hash with the main graphics card. I have the R9 290, Sapphire Tri-X

Sapphire Tri-X are really good, i have 2 of them in my bedroom limited to 33 percent fan speed and clocked at 947/1250 pushing 9 Mh/s together. I sleep like a baby when they are hashing .

Just received this about KNC Titan group buy: Hello, First of all I want to apologize about no newsletters, there has been no news from KNC or us, nothing of importans to bring up. Second, I would like to say, how rude it is that even though KNC has not come out with any new information some people tend to send day after day even though I answer the first time, and ask "is there any new information?" Up until now there has been no new information. Regarding the class action lawsuit against KNC, YES we will be joining that because of failure to deliver at time. We will be in that lawsuit until the product has been delivered or refunded. Besides that lawsuit, we will contact Swedish "Konsumentverket" as I am a Swedish citizen and the company is located in Sweden there will be no doubt about winning it that way. Newsletters will be sent out on Mondays and Fridays every week until the matter has been solved. Please direct any questions to contact@blackcoinstore.comRegards Kevin K

Nice one thanks for the update xsedivy really helpful. Was that sent to you in private correspondence? If so then thank you very much for sharing.
Should post this on Blkfeed and on the Blackcoin subreddit too, I'd be happy to if you preferred.

Was there ever a POS V1 Whitepaper put out? The original bitcoin whitepaper did an excellent job helping people understand how POW works on the lowest level. I have yet to see anything like this for POS, it would be very handy. I'm still pretty foggy on how exactly POS really technically works even though I've been using it for ages. Any resources on the low level functioning of POS would be a great help.
