There are many good arguments for this being legit and for it being a scam... but honestly GES is a legit company and the identities of the people who run it are public information, so if this is a scam, it would be by far the most elaborate well planned legit looking scam that ever was + the devs would need one heck of a good exit strategy to not get thrown in jail for this.

I think we all just need to shut up and wait to see what happens, buy or dont buy its your choice but the endless FUD and "SCAM ALERT!" pictures need to stop.

If this was a real coin, it would be a nice hedge against BTC.  It would naturally rise as BTC fell, pretty much the only coin to do that.

I'm relatively new to this, but I watched and studied, and these are the reasons I invested:

1. Green Earth Systems have a 14 y internet background (easily checkoutable) in the things we all like and want,
    from alt energies to healthy food + they work with IT and security systems - therefore the background in the technical/crypto area.
    Not a bad firm to present us alternative folks and the whole unchaining point of cryptocurrency, eh?

2. The developers seem to be civilized and rational in all the conversations I've read so far. That alone is enough for me to put a little in it.


Also, a question: Is there a possibility of denying access to a user after repeated misconduct and public slander?
I'm talking about the ones wanting to "help" us all get off what they perceive as scam since it's siphoning the wealth
from their own investments.

Soooooooo sooooo true about BTC, holding alt coins for long term is asking to loose money. 95% of alts are dead or worthless within a year of their launch, anything can happen in the alt world, SC is a prime example of that.

when people calm down and think, they will know why 1 URO is not worth 1 metric tonne of UREA. for it too be worth 1 metric tonne of UREA there has to be 1,000,000 tones of it which is the max coins.

How is not possible to simply state that URO is tied to Urea... IFFFF they indeed have signed contracts with suppliers of Urea, that means they (URO) had / has to give back something. In my opinion that can only mean that they either have given them a large stack of URO or they have made deals with the "cheap selling" Urea dealers in India (as they are located in India seems it is cheap so they would benefit from a rise in price). ps the idea of Uro is to create a trading platform for Urea (correct me if i'm wrong)

Anyway simply said that means that either a company has a LARGE stack or had insight in plans, therefore there isn't a fair distribution OR it is only working for the company's based in India and other Urea company's won't work with them. So it will simply be a trading platform that was created by 1 company and is mostly used in 1 part of the world.

Not saying this is a SCAM at all, just trying to get things clear. It is stated that they have "several" company's tied to it, maybe more specific information can clear up things. How much % of the world trade is done by those company's, what was the reason you were able to contact to company's and even get them convinced they cooperated?

Honestly I think the most logical reason would be, they are creating a trading platform for indian company's so they can increase the selling price and world wide distribution. Seems like a Win-Win situation for them!

The thing that I just can't get it into my head is how come these companies (I hope there are a lot more in the future), use currencies like URO and not simply BTC? What is the difference?

Buy low, sell high, fud... buy low, sell high, fud. These fudders want the price to go down because they already sold and want to buy back lower, no need to accuse the coin and dev team as scam, every crypto currency is accused of being a scam (drk, xc, crypt, vrc, you name it). Even Bitcoin is still being accused as a scam, grow the fck up and just trade and keep your filthy mouths shut.
