About an error with transaction size

This error is common in all coins based on the CryptoNote protocol. There's no special bug-fix for now.

Each particular wallet has it's own maximum transaction size which depends on received inputs. Wallet selects inputs randomly until it reaches the transaction limit. The more inputs, the larger the size of the transaction.

Actually it's a pool's problem - they send a lot of small transactions. The open-source pool code is a bit lame and it isn’t fixable.

Any workaround for this? Will you get a new size limit if you re-open the wallet or refresh?

Wallet selects inputs randomly for each transaction. Simply you can type a command again (and again).

Good afternoon, I have the same problem. And can't transfer money from a purse on the stock exchange. Transaction in the wallet successfully passes, but from her purse money on don't go nowhere.
And in blockchain no data about the transaction.

Pool code will be fixed soon, because everyone concerned about this issue. So later we can set minimal payout threshold. I recommend mining on smaller pool, because diff is low, and miners can avoid dust.

Yes, that doesn't work either. I know for sure I typ my password correct. Are my coins lost? I don't have a backup wallet. The wallet is around 168kb in size large.

You need to delete wallet binaries except a 'wallet.keys'. Pay attention, this is very important - you need to save the 'wallet.keys'. Then synchronize your wallet again.
This mistake can occur if you incorrectly exit. Use "save" and "exit" commands.

I have the same problem right now ... I deleted everything but .keys and resynced.
Now my wallet resynced but the wallet window disappears after a few seconds. (I cant put in any commands)

I also looked into my backup and I noticed I havent a .bin file at all just a file named QCN (no fileformat) with 49MB.

So it seems like my wallet.bin file is corrupted? (named QCN)

- Send 50 QCN @ Poloniex - Nothing shows up after 5 hours.
- Pool payouts not showing up in my wallet (today)
