What you're saying here is ignoring the high volume on this decline so far though. A healthy increase will see price rise with higher volume and then decline back down a bit on much much lower volume before it then progresses even higher again on high volume, etc etc.
In my opinion, the whales have been dumping the past 5 hours but have been finding willing buyers.
Soon here though, those buyers will disappear.
