Looking forward to the update! On Vericoin/Verium debate, I think that having one as secure PoW currency which has a large network hashrate attached to it, while the other as a Proof of staking currency allows for fast transactions is a novel way to solve some bug problems with the previous generations of cryptocurrencies / crypto assets. Should be interesting to see how they utilize them together and how this improves the usability. Also I noticed in the Vericoin wallet there's an option to send Vericoin directly to BTC wallet through some sort of conversion method, very cool! This coin is innovative and I think it has a very bright future.
Thanks for the interest. No one else is trying to do what VeriCoin and Verium are trying to accomplish. It will truely be innovative, unique and solve the issues that plague 90% of cryptocurrenices. That's good, 90% of Cryptocurrencies I take a look at I don't find anything interesting about them. But those 10% are valuable. Mainstream adoption is our end goal, we are laying the frame work for improving adoption and giving a real world use case for VeriCoin and Verium. |

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

The market is down a little for VeriCoin. If not "down" We all know it's going to rise with more news coming out. So before it comes, I think now is a good time to invest a bit. (just for anyone reading this, I already made my investments)

I did what I can, and I got my brother to use VeriCoin. Got him to buy some, get his own wallet and all that. Sure had to teach him, but worth it. Now, when I want to send payments or accept payments from him, hell use VeriCoin.
Nice Crytonite310, glad to hear. We find the majority of people who download the wallet like it and think its an awesome wallet but we need to make it even simpler then it already is. We are looking at implementing a walk through of the wallet when you first install and can ask for it when you have questions, kinda like a step by step assistant. Will help for people who are computer illiterate and very new to VeriCoin. |

The fact that VRC hasn't crashed like a rock during this huge BTC expansion is likely due to its technology allowing it to be sent directly to BTC payments as well as its lighting network speed. The Vericoin/Verium system has a great future as a BTC alternative for payments.
