In that case, it will be interesting to see the reaction from Hungary, which is a member of both the NATO and the EU. Another factor to remember here is that many of the ethnic Magyars in Transcarpathia possess double citizenship. |

The pro-Kiev media then try to put the blame on the Donetsk People's Army. http://en.interfax.com.ua/news/general/207320.html(Vladyslav Selezniov convenently ignored the fact that the rebels are not in the possession of any artillery cannons). |
