Russia would lose politically if it intervenes to protect Russians and more people, both Russian Russians and Ukrainian Russians, would die as a result of a large-scale war. US need a war to dump its public debt and create another reason of existence for dying NATO. That's why Fashington's puppets are doing all these things, including direct aggression against russian troops outside of Ukrainian territory. They're trying to get revenge attack against ukrainian army.
There are many troops in rostov region right now, so something will happen soon.

There are signs that Nazional Guard and UKrArmy used chemical weapons (chlorine). Russia is open in sending a note to Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) if the reports get confirmed.
