just come back from two week holidays, any short update where we stand right now and what are the next steps? Saw that the price is somewhat low, a good buying opportunity, provided we have news to come.
Market place is moving along nicely by the looks of things, I and a few others keep tweeting about KTK but it appears people like to get scammed by new coins!

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Once someone has a balance of .005 unconfirmed it will transfer to confirmed and then will be the buy will executed shortly afterwards. Unconfirmed means it is still on Wafflepool confirmed means it is in the mulitpool wallet. Historical has a multipool set up for me and this is what the mins are for me so I am assuming it would be the same here. The more hash you have as a group the faster the payments will be. This is my understanding of the multipool. He can correct me if I have said anything wrong.

@tom14cat14 said everything exactly. -If BTC are on waffle, they are not on multipool, so exchange can't be done. (difference between confirmed and unconfirmed) -Sometimes people asks when exchange is performed: after min value of BTC are confirmed + random time (minutes, hours). (to prevent manipulation on exchange)

Two issues, probably related, with the latest version of wallet (1.5.5.0): - transactions are automatically sorted by type (first column), not by date. - recent transactions in the overview tab are shown according to that sorting - generated but not accepted blocks are on the top of the list, instead of the most recent ones.
Anyone have had similar issues? repairwallet check is passed correctly.

The recent transactions in the wallet needs an update. After the 1.5.5.0 release it's now listing orphans at the top. So next release will fix that. Check the address in your wallet with coin control enabled. It's likely listing some of your coins under a different address due to PoS staking. If anyone can compile the Mac wallet please pm me for a KTK bounty, as the person who done it previously has not got back to me. My address on the blockchain is showing a lesser amount and in the wallet, the 'recent transactions' are not very recent.

No worries, how was the holiday?
Two weeks off the grid, not bad at all. Now back to business, this low price is a great buying opportunity and I plan to help the volume later this week.

Question to everyone do you think people are scared off by people at the top of the list having 5% of the market? Potentially, but as things stand there is no real reason to buy KTK over any other genuine coin. the fact it was a free distribution means that people are likely to get rid of some coins as it didn't cost them anything. it will be interesting once the market place is up and working.

Great news.
Question to everyone do you think people are scared off by people at the top of the list having 5% of the market?
I think we have had a stable group of KTK fans (myself included) who follow it from the very beginning and gradually managed to acquire a considerable position (1% or more of all coins). That would be my wild guess on the majority of the top20 richest wallets (that is about 35% of all coins that I consider more or less safe). The problem is that the others from the initial 500 stake holders were not so long-term minded and lacked the news that would make them keep the coin. Price started dropping to very cheap levels, but still there were sellers who wanted to get rid of their coins, as if it was a hot potato. That is where we sit right now, in my opinion. What we need in the current situation is to have some sexy news to bring the public back to KTK to avoid the fate of ZS, for example. And I believe that a rebound in price is possible, once the Dev have the marketplace fully operational. This has to be announced loud, including some promotional actions, too.

Yea I think people will like the market place. I am finding out first hand how hard it is to please the masses. He has been doing a great job but I am sure he needs help. I ahve a few people working with me on Fire and it is very overwhelming trying to make people happy and pump things out. I am pretty much the community manager and I have someone coding behind the scene. If he is doing both he really could use someone to be the community manager.
