The current SYNC rental period started on Nov 20, so before Feb 18 closes we should have clarity and another deposit of the last sold domain.

Yep, he wanted to avoid people going selling their SYNC and then coming back just before the rental payout date and buying back in, so he made it random - any time between 1 to 90 days. The 90th day is Feb 18, so that is why I said that we should hear from him before Feb 18 is passed. It could be tomorrow - any day now, really.

He started it, defined the rental concept so I expect him to show up here in due time and pay the rent he promised or he gets known as someone who can't be trusted. I can't speak for him, but I myself would not like to get such a name and possibly appear in small claims court.

Same experience here. We should hear from him within 3 weeks though for the rental payments.

Instead of rewarding a limited amount of Sync holders every time an asset is sold,
Mike launched the Sync Rental program which allowed all Sync holders to register their Sync for "rental"
and receive payment from the sold assets at random moments when the rental period would lapse and be renewed.

Sync will be fine. Mike seems very keen to make it go big. Patients is the key. Like with any investment. Especially if he starts paying dividends anything close to what he's been promising.

it's happen to me also but deleting all files in Appdata folder except wallet.dat and re-sync will be good and it's solve your problem for sure
