Does martingale really works?

You guys need to let this thread die. Martingale is massively EV-, it's more profitable to just bet your entire balance on one bet, with odds that you want.

If you want the thread to die you shouldn't post such misleading statements. It has been proven many times that betting your entire balance on one bet is NOT the most efficient way to achieve any profit goal.

I believe that betting your entire balance on one bet is most efficient way to lost your all balance very quickly

Wherever there is a possibility of loosing all your balance quickly there is also the other possibility of winning a lot of money quickly, bigger risk bigger rewards.

And also why did you say Martingale is massively -EV? Any strategy is -EV depending on the house edge, it could be more or less but every strategy will fail, its true that there are some ways to have a tiny better chance but nothing too significative

martingale is the worst gambling method but it is the most popular and most used method at the same time too. so i guess this thread is not going to die that easily
and as you can see it has already got to page 80, and there is a lot of good perspectives and arguments in these pages too.

I don't agree with using martingale, sure it has 'some' record of success for certain people but gamblers are always searching for something that they think will give them guaranteed success. The truth is that there is no guaranteed way to win on any dice site.

I think poorly advised, poorly educated people use martingale & expect guaranteed returns, it just doesn't happen. I just play for fun & don't even try to apply technical/scientific methods to win. I think it's a shame that some dumb people get misled into betting larger amounts using martingale thinking it's some kind of guaranteed honey pot.

There is no winning system for gambling, some have good methods and some might even have something close to a system but you will not hear from them.

and i think martingale system does not work if have balance very small

Balance is nothing to do with martingale system, this is just pure of luck, although with a high balance you have you will still have a chance to get a loss streak

Sometimes with a good luck you can earn more using martingale. This is not a poorly educated people using strategy, but a well educated of people are trying to get a good strategy with martingale and combine it with their luck so I think it works good enough to get some

This is funny though it must be coming from someone that dont "understand" how to make the edge on your favor or atleast lower them off to have a chance to get profit. Gambling blindly is merely losing your BTC however if you gamble is "smartly" you can actually make a profit from the site.
Gambling blindly is merely setting up your bot with XYZ strategy and hope to win big chunk of BTC after some time and/or blindly going all in and hope you win . While on the other hand gambling "smartly" involving in taking bonuses , promotions and cashback for example . This is merely not a guarantee that you will "win" because with this you can only initially "lower" the edge against you

Well you could hit a long enough loss streak at any time. Statistically speaking, you are very unlikely to hit such a streak if you just make a few dozens of bets, but still you could hit it right in the very beginning.

Yeah...the probability of having a losing streak on the first bet (or any series of bets) would be very low...but it has happened to me before.

Same with me it dont works .. I dont know sometimes it works mostly not works , and i dont know weather its my luck or martingale lol..
I bet max amount on 1.1x and won enough amount to make my day ...

the probability is always low, doesnt matter if it is your first few bets or not, that would mean that your first few bets give you better odds and thats simply not true, everything about martingale has been said already there is no need to revive this thread. No strategy works, end of discussion.

Martingale is a tricky system sometimes, it can go south really fast. I usually don't do strikt martingale, i use lower or higher odds and change the doubling. But with all systems it always turn around at one point

i usually use martingale for shortime..like targeting profit around 10-20%

sometimes it work and sometimes it just get bust really fast, so all back to the luck again..but if you want to play longer,,try managing your bet
