i was using minerd on windows, but ofcourse the wrong algo, not dscrypt, is there a windows minerd available? I can't seem to find it and i don't want to do xms to compile for windows Smiley

on my 8 core large azure instance i'm using ./slimminer and it goes 8 x 0.26 kh/s on average (only 2 kh/s!!)

YES!! found a second block this time 15.42 coins
why am I getting partial blocks when I'm solo mining? I thought the block reward is 50?
first one I found was 36.23, now 15.42..

 setgenerate true

 you can also put in your slimcoin.conf file :  gen=1

Congrats! Its quite similar to Primecoin in that respect with 50 being the max. PoW block reward and that it reduces with the difficulty.
