Do you USE your BTC?

I buy something from the sale of bitcoin (do the first convert from bitcoin to fiat money) then buy something and instead from bitcoin. But most people say it is buying something using bitcoin. Bitcoin still does not have many places as a means of payment around the world, so we still find it difficult to find sellers who accept bitcoin as a means of payment.

i only use bitcoin when i need it badly if not will hold in very long time because the price will change soon as possible because bitcoin is very famous now compare to other currency.

Trading is the bast way to do that, I also use my bitcoin to buy some altcoin then convert it back to bitcoin, sometimes I can get profit from it.

As everyone knows one of the major problems with Bitcoin economy is hoarding. The idea of this poll is to find out whether the lack of spending in the BTC economy is mainly due to the lack of acceptance of Bitcoin payments, or is it that people can actually buy a good deal of stuff that they need with BTC but choose not to.

Nope i dont have any bitcoins for no but if i have. I will choose to hold it because i know that this is the right and smart desicion than spending your bitcoin to buy etc. But its okay to spend bitcoin to pay some bills if emergency needed.

I user to use my btc to buy stuff. Not anymore right now its really not worth it. With the current transaction fees. It would work only if you are buying an item that costs a large amount of money and definitely not coffee. I have been thinking of buying cloud mining hash though but I am still doing some research as I'm skeptical of its profitability

Yeah this is true, we all want to hold as many as we can so when bitcoin takes off to the moon we can have a ride with it. But in reality, we're humans and sometimes shit happens like you need to spend or convert some and only bitcoin can help you then we don't have any choice than to do it.
Personally, I spend some when it's only necessary and when I'm doing trading as it can also help me to accumulate more bitcoin to hold and at least 10% of holdings is for trading.

Hi there bSpend! I feel great to be one of the 42.8% of people who occasionally sell or BTC. Those 27.9 % who hoard could be millionaire by now, lol. Anyway, I think that is the problem why companies who sell stuff or services online and even brick and mortar hesitate to accept cryptocurrency as payment. On the other hand, people who hold cryptocurrency always complain that they are hoarding because they hardly found a company that is accepting cryptocurrency. What a chicken and egg situation idiom. However, I hope that famous conglomerate company around the world follow the steps of Steam, Helen’s Pizza, Bitcoincoffee, 4chan and other who accept bitcoin as payment.

i can use my bitcoin by paying my bills, electricity and waterbills, i can buy load for my cellphone and  ofcorse i can send money to my relatives using it , though bitcoin convert to a FIAT here in my country only have one app for that with high conversion fee.

Nipe. I am waitinf for its value to be more expensive in the future and also, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not yet legal to my country as an official currency to be used on daily transactions such as buying things that I want. So the onky way to use it is to convert it first into fiat so it also means that I will sell it and I don't want to. I will wait for more years.

I agree that it's not really easy to use crypto in real life. However smart contracts can be the solution. Using apps like Mywish is as easy as regular online banking. You can send crypto to your family members and friends with no hassle

In regular life paper money is used and no shop is ready to accept bitcoin, but earning bitcoin is more easy than paper money and gives more chances to earned and secure our future. While it becomes a bit complicated to connect your coinbase account to bank account and cash out your bitcoin, in order to buy the necessities of life and enjoy the blessings of nature

I use bitcoin whenever I have it. I rarely store it because I need money and I convert my earned bitcoins into fiat so I can use them. However, I seldom earn bitcoins because I am waiting to have it on the right time. Waiting is alright especially if your expected salary will be given to you. Using bitcoin for my needs is essential.

I use to pay our electric bill once using this bitcoin and I thought it is better than paying it in their office and I think that I was wrong of using it nowadays because of its price, it increase as people use to it. and now I use to keep it than spending it in online and I really say that I'm right of my desicion now having many bitcoin is good than ever.

BITCOIN now has a good reputation world wide and most people are using it on payment, some groceries ( supermarket ) are accepting bitcoins, power and water companies are also into bitcoin and accepting payment.. here in my country bitcoin is well know now and can be use  to buy things and pay bills !
