looks like we are stuck on block 51650 as well.
-.
had exactly the same on that block (kind of strange). Try restarting your wallet, that made the trick for me

stakes are only made when transactions are made on the network stop bitching you dont always get stakes
.
you never stop learning, I did not know that.
Intertesting, that would mean:
If theoreticaly everybody would be staking, nobody would be able, to get something from it?
Is that correct?

Someone stated the wallet in the picture was unencrypted. I told him it only showed that the wallet was unlocked.
I may be a little blind..

Edit: Cannot believe I didnt have any buy orders up for DIS!

.
I can confirm that mine is staking like there is no tomorrow  Grin

Proof:
http://chainz.cryptoid.info/dis/address.dws?DMp7iQh1z4CM14gEEXqyXAije7aXf46LrY.htm

remenber to have
- the newest .net 4 Framework as Windows User
- using qt4 NOT qt5 as Linus user
- Having your wallet encrypted BUT unlocked
- having coins, that reached the minimum coinage

Configfile, peers: I never made a configfile everything worked out of the box for both versions after compiling the wallet from github sources

system:
1) kubuntu trusty
2) Mint KDE saucy
3) windows 7 MSDN Dev Version

hope that clarifys some of the confusions

.. have fun, ask if you need help, but stop complaining.

.

Thanks for the info, but it still isn't working.  The first time around, I had .Net 4, and the wallet was open for 24 hours and did not stake.  I've now been running another wallet in a fresh win7 vm using .net 4.5, as suggested by someone here, and it has now been open for a couple of hours and nothing is happening.

Is it supposed to take 24 hours?  What about 2 hours?  Three days?  A week? How long?  For anyone who has actually staked on windows, what is the maximum time you've waited?  What is the minimum?

I've posted a variety of debug log excerpts and other info on here in the hope that would help fix the problem.

Its supposed to take 8 hours for each coin to be able to get used for staking, from the moment on, that it has ben moved an adress.
Any move, adresschange, transaction, resets the coin-age to zero and you will have to wait another eight hours.
Also the coinage will be reseted, when is has ben used for staking.

you can see it here:

- Total coins: 100 Million.
- PoW Algorithm: X11.
- PoW + PoS.
- Symbol: DIS.
- PoS interest 15%.
- Minimum Coin Age: 8 Hours.
- 30 second block target.
- 30 confirmations for blocks to mature.
- Retarget difficulty each block.
- Staking distributed over 8 year period.

It saddens me but it is true.
Next time Devs pay attention to your pms and don't ignore the guys that throw the initial investment your way.

allright, move on then, why become FUDsters yourselves (lost or holding bags and scared?) ?

ive just been told to ignore the 'Expected time to reward' field in the Minting bubble, so maybe the windows wallet is working, and no1 is giving it time do its thing..
but then again, its stated that the wallet doesnt need to be open for staking to work, and if that was the case, then surely my coins that have been in the wallet for 4 days now, should have staked ? im told to expect some miniscule value be deposited to my wallet..

well, ill let it 'stake' on Ubuntu for another day, and see

I bought in at 700 or 800 - the first round. 24 hour low of 500 or so today... Don't lose your money man.  I already made a heap and dumped when the Dev's didn't produce.  Who are presently on vacation or dreaming up next project while the kids piddle around in whats left.  Careful.  I'll peek back and see if anyone is questioning my integrity, then I can fire back up whatever truths you don't wanna hear.  think FUD works both ways hey? But you never know, these guys might go back to work on monday and start releasing tons of secret stuff.. Like a functioning webpage! Price is right at 100 satoshis right now.. well maybe 88

So what exactly you did with that 500k you received for free?
Let me tell you, you dumped, the same thing dev did. Total scam, sad is that we were warned right from the start.

The proof that it is pure FUD is the fact that everytime someone posts that crap, the price drops, and then miraculously someone shows up to buy all the cheap DIS!

Wow, what a coincidence.  Grin Grin

Yes ofc, I'm not calling nobody stupid, I just said open your eyes. Let's see, Raxe gave TrollboxChamp 500k for "marketing". Premine is moved here and there, and after that dissapears from announced address. Buy orders are hard to be keeped up, big dumps done slowly ( check markets history ). Raxe is quiet, guys are defending, weekend issues. Raxe answers sunday, stacking problems, might fix, we have 3 developers working already, who knows a fix of the issue will get a bountie. TrollboxChamp announces without anyother words "Dev cannot deliver, I'm officially out from this project." Like he was Smiley What next?

*edit* and yes I lost too.
