I doubt it has anything to do with the price, even when it was stable at 6500$, I haven't seen much campaigns either, at least not ones running for a long period of time.

Everyone is running ICOs now and there are a lot of services for gambling, mixing etc. so It's useless to remake those and advertise them unless they offer something unique and unusual.

If anyone's looking for a campaign you have Sportsbet with 3 slots available and ChipMixer have opened 2 slots.

Added a red asterisk in Bitvest,777Coin and BitBlender because of the red trust that Lutpin received recently and it's taking months for these campaigns to get an update or payment. Also in one of his post he said that he only accept applicants at the end of every round.

Edit : I forgot to move OneHash they have one slot available for Legendary.

No chance. You only can be accepted into bounties which are paying in tokens. You can check it on Altcoin board. And even if you reach Member or higher rank, there are no guarantees that you will be accepted - campaigns have limited spots available and large number of users applying

As said by LTU, jr member accepting campaigns are mostly bounties. You might find your luck there but for bitcoin paying signature campaign. My campaign do accept "copper membership" rank but due to the change of management I think it will also change. Anyway, let's go back to the purpose of this thread.
