The usual old 3.0 available on homepage, I just dug out ancient wallet.dat file and synced from scratch. Now another waiting game with swap. Considering I've waited 4 years, I can wait a bit more

No it's not, coinmarketcap still shows an alcurEX market for it.

To clear things up, it was off for like 1-2 days, I also noticed, since I use coinmarketcap api to manage my portfolio, it returned error requests. Now it's fine again.

Can you share a snippet of how you use the API?  I'm trying to use Excel and its acting fubar for me.  If you can show your snipped for one currency, I can pretty much make it work for the other 200 currencies I'm invested in.

Wallet  4.0+ no need to get sync wallet 3.0 yes it needs to get sync which one did you get?

You can click on the connected (or disconnected) button at the bottom right of the wallet. You can re-connect/disconnect from here and view server information.
You do not need to sync the whole blockchain like the old V3.0 Wallet.

I agree that the new buy orders aren't keeping up, but I don't think you can write it off as manipulation so easily.  I think a lot of people are honestly discovering/rediscovering CSC and want in before it's too late.

I have been following this coin very closely, including looking for tags on social media sites. This project is slowly becoming more known, I went from seeing nothing to seeing multiple posts on twitter, and posts in places like xrpchat.

Discord users have doubled in the last week as well I believe.

I myself have been loading my bags and I have let those in my circle know as well and they have been doing the same.

All signs that this is more smart money getting in early rather than purposeful manipulation, not to say it couldn't be that as well.... this is crypto.
