We are experiencing these very same problems with the syncing of the new wallet. First we thought it was due to lack of nodes, but this appears to be something else. It has been syncing for 10 hours now and it is not anywhere near complete yet...
We are trying to find out what is wrong, but no luck so far.

Unfortunately it doesn't work. I see that other people have same issue, maybe Dev should consider place another versoin of wallet...

For wallet testing on OSX I use the following config: irc=1 server=0 listen=1 checklevel=2 txindex=1 staking=0 I leave staking disabled until fully synced. I do the following: Copy Romancoin data dir to Romancoin.bak CD into Romancoin & delete everything. Create the romaincoin.conf with what I have above. Run the wallet & let it sync. Close the wallet & copy your old wallet.dat over Run Romancoin-Qt -salvagewallet & let that complete Close wallet Edit romancoin.conf & change staking=0 to staking=1 & save Re-open, verify end results. pcmerc~ http://pool.kryptochaos.com |

[ROM] has been disabled on Europex because of sum amount differences on the wallet.
We are waiting for informations from the developper to be sure it's okay and back it up.

As i hear a lot of crap, saying it is not working etc. Block is now 34661 and i didn't had any problems with my wallet, i receive a few stake coins and blocks are moving higher. The people with problems, ARE YOU USING THE LATEST WALLET!!!!??? |
