I think they are multipools. It can be also few solo guys or GPU farms. We aimed to lessen their effect on network at the latest wallet upgrade. Their time hopefully ending soon...

It's better than 1 to 50, it was even worse, but it looks latest hardfork worked well. The reward drop will happen just in a few days.
