After 3 days of tweaking, I finally have config that run stable on X13 for my 7950.
4 card hashing @1845Mh/s for 18h without any crash.
(The cards are not stable with too hign OC, I was able to run them @1100 core on Scrypt and @1050 on darkcoin ... but X13 is 1025Mh/z max for me if I don't want sick or dead card after somes hours)

Sapphire Dual-X OC 3Go 1025/1250 lightly undervolted @1.125v instead of 1.256v stock

Everytime I got the same gpu who is dead after some period of time..showing no hw error until it is dead

I was able to run my 7950 faster, something like 2Mh/s in X13. But not stable.
With my settings (intensity only 17 and lower OC @ 1025 ... It steady @1845kh/s and don't SICK or DEAD)
Try to set you carshing card @ 17 instead of 19 intensity ? Or give some extra volt in it ?

Yes, I gave it more volts now and see how it runs in the longtime..it always happen after 12hours or so, now it was dead or sometimes it just reboot my rig for some reason. I'm using the latest sgminer from 3-6-2014

• Fix x13mod for AMD HD 5xxx/6xxx cards. Use for these cards "kernel" : "x13modold" in config file or -k x13modold from the command line. All parameters (intensity, threads etc) need to be tuned individually.

I posted earlier with my settings on sapphire r9-280xthat are still to this day stable. Pretty close to urs except i use Intensity 18, GPU engine 1160, worksize 128
