Poolnames just work for me from the beginning. Just use "poolname"

"Poolname" : "miningrentalrigs x13",

Actually with some changes I've pushed to lasybear's git the pool name will be the pool URL, since otherwise it requires you to manually input it.

so u don't have to set it anymore?

If I set it manually with "poolname" will it override the default settings?

Try xintesity from 52 and greater.
For my 270x xintensity 56 is good.

And 4 Gigabyte R9-270 I have yet to get a stable setting for, anything I've tried so far locks up my machine.

I also have 3 r9 270's, and have yet to find the right settings. Usually freezes after 45 minutes to an hour.

Tried setting intensity down to 16, and xintensity down to 51 to 56... Still nothing..

I have a PowerColor 280x and a Gigabyte 270 that I have had running stable for the past 10 hours (fingers crossed).  The second card is my 270.

What catalyst drivers are you using? OS?

I'm using 13.11 on windows 7...
I'm using the same.

I want to try the updated miner, but since it took so long to get this mining without locking up my rig, I decided to let it run as long as I can.

I don't blame you...

I'm going to install 13.12 to see if that makes a difference.

Actually with some changes I've pushed to lasybear's git the pool name will be the pool URL, since otherwise it requires you to manually input it.

Neither the server address shows without setting manually a name, nor a name shows when manually setting one (with "name" or "poolname"). Is it only me? I'm using the latest version Elun submitted. My conf-file is on page 36, with the big picture. Can somebody take a look. Thanks.

anyone has settings for 6750

Code:
"device" : "0,1,2",
"intensity" : "18",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "128",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"thread-concurrency" : "8000",

"api-port" : "4028",
"expiry" : "120",
"gpu-dyninterval" : "7",
"gpu-platform" : "0",
"gpu-threads" : "4",
"gpu-engine" : "880",
"gpu-memclock" : "1350",
"gpu-fan" : "100",
"no-pool-disable" : true,
"no-submit-stale" : true,
"queue" : "1",
"scan-time" : "30",
"temp-hysteresis" : "3",
"shares" : "0",
"kernel" : "x11mod",
"kernel-path" : "/usr/local/bin"

This is what I use on an old mining rig with 2x 6950's and a 6970. Maybe use 4000~6400 for the tc instead and play around with the core/mem clocks a bit.

Help with setting 6750 13.12 drivers constantly HW  Sad
Unfortunately, still no progress with 5xxx/6xxx cards.

I have no issues with x11mod on the 6900's series cards, but the 5800's series cards some times have issues. 5xxx/6xxx just have too many issues with x13mod.

I'm running 14.4 driver on the 6900's cards.

Poolnames just work for me from the beginning. Just use "poolname"

"Poolname" : "miningrentalrigs x13",

Code:

Actually with some changes I've pushed to lasybear's git the pool name will be the pool URL, since otherwise it requires you to manually input it.

Neither the server address shows without setting manually a name, nor a name shows when manually setting one (with "name" or "poolname"). Is it only me? I'm using the latest version Elun submitted. My conf-file is on page 36, with the big picture. Can somebody take a look. Thanks.

I changed to "poolname" (as I only had "name"), but still miner shows Pool 0, Pool 1, etc. The only difference with your config is that CGWatcher has put extra pool priority line for every pool. All is fine in karloth's cgminer, with "name" and pool-priority. I just can't figure it out... Damn it! Smiley

"poolname" : "Suchpool, EU",
"url" : "stratum+tcp://stratum-eu.suchpool.pw:3335",
"user" : "tr0ubles0me.h81pro",
"pass" : "xxxx",
"pool-priority" : "0"
},

I don't have any temp or fan readings after running the pmupdate and pimpupdate scripts for PIMP. Has anyone run into this issue? It worked at first but after a restart I've lost temps and fan readings.

I can confirm it's using the new SGMINER from lasybear. I've tried re-running the script to reinstall it but nothing.

14.4 tried too error

Unfortunately, still no progress with 5xxx/6xxx cards.

My 5970 works great with the windows build posted today at 2*1.8Mh, awesome speed for an ancient card.

I have a 6950 also doing 1.74Mh happily.

win 7 64, 13.12 whql drivers, sgminer_x11x13mod_30_05_2014
