[ANN][ELT] Electron, Blake-256 coin, merged mined

[electron-coin]

Project Desc

- Block reward is 20 coins per block for the first 525,600 blocks (~1 year),
- After that 10 coins per block for the next 525,600 blocks,
- After that 5 coins per block with no further reduction of block reward.
- Block target time is 60 seconds and retargets every 30 blocks (30 minutes)
- Total coins around 76,212,000 coins after 25 years.  
- Block maturity 460 (+20 buffer, 480 total)

Yeah, plan is to support it long-term. Lots of stuff to work on, like exchange, block-explorer, mac wallet, android wallet, etc.

I figured out already, but I'm not sure I'm gonna find some blocks now with 8Gh/s. Where can I see if NY2 pool is finding some ELT blocks?

I still need to extend the stats for aux chains just not had time to do it yet
