It looks like DZ was on btctalk this morning, said nothing and left.
Anyhow, I will be submitting a consumer complaint against DZ with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since they just started accepting virtual currency complaints yesterday.
So we'll see if the Feds can do anything about this.

Edit: I just filed a complaint against him through this CFPB. I'll let you all know what happens. I have a feeling though like this might end up in Hawaiian Small Claims Court though.

It would be cosmically stupid of me to willingly steal from others and risk my job/clearance if I believe that I would be set back greatly as a person and a Soul. Also, just contact Otoh (otohs on Reddit) or John K. if anything fishy goes on: they both have my real ID and I would expect and respect that they'd contact authorities if given proof of theft/fraud.

I was looking for his RL ID, not sure that I have it or what ever it was that he told me, I didn't try to make sure that I had it at the time or that it would be genuine, I spoke with him on Skype, I gave him help and a chance - if he's abused that then he will pay one way or another.

DZ, not sure you're keeping up with what's going on with Darkcoin but Camosoul basically has had the shittiest day ever with corrupted wallets galore and malfunctioning software, however he managed to save the vast majority of it by going to the Darkcoin IRC and getting help from seasoned pros and he may in fact save all of it if community member, Propulsion, is able to salvage a corrupted wallet of his.
You need to do this kind of outreach.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said they can't do much against individuals (they could have if DZ ran this as a corporation of sorts) however they suggested taking it to court.

I have recently become quite impatient at DZ's inactivity and am ready to get his ass served. So...

Out of curiosity, who all of us had stakes in this non-refunded nodes? I only had 100 in node 3. I know Otoh probably had the largest.

I was a 25% stake holder in node 2 and received a full refund. I assumed DZ made good on the nodes in which he wasn't having issues with. The longer this lingers without further communication, the worse it gets. I'm stunned by the lack of effort by DZ here in the forums to try to come up with a solution. It seems I've read of others who've had corrupted wallets that were recovered by members of the DRK community. I truly do hope this has a positive outcome for those who have lost investments.

For the record, I am not interested in any group actions against DZ; my preference is to proceed as a single plaintiff at this time.

EDIT:  Out-of-pocket costs may be allowable for reimbursement in small claims.  These would be added to the judgment and could include filing fees, airfare, etc.
