While we will have the most secure mixing service, Are there any plans to add TOR anonymity to make it 100% anonymous?

Correct me if im wrong, but I think the rev1.5 mixing will be obsolete with rev2 anonimity? I don't think there was any plan with tor for XC ever. It doesn't need it cause it got its own thing going on. Tor just kinda came up along the way and now more and more coins will hype it to get some share from razor....

I'm just saying it because it also anonymises the IP.

And no, I don't hold RZR. It's too overvalued at the moment for its current delivery. As far as I'm concerned its just a neutrino clone, with Dev's who are beyond unproven.

I agree with you. Its just overhyped atm. Concerning the IP, I think that some1 who really wants to remain anon, would use some other kind of software or technique to hide his IP and not just leave it to some new experimental coin, but then again, I might be wrong, im no tech expert.

Only thing I know is XC is cheaper for me to buy right now, and if I interpreted jasinlee's reply correctly, I might need to diversify my portfolio in in the future

XC and Cache are going to be assisting each other. Cache is halfway through a complete rewriting of the satoshi codebase in clean oop code. When finished it will be applied to xc and xc features to cache. Good things usually come from collaboration, this is the way the crypto community should be acting instead of everyone fighting.

Some of you seem to have expressed concern at the news about Cache and XC. The fact is that Jasinlee's rewrite of the codebase is one of the most powerful developments going on behind XC. It'll have an enormous impact on its future, and will play an instrumental part in bringing real, staking wallets/nodes to mobile devices, POS-integration and anything that isn't a PC. XC was created for the real world, not just for a crypto niche; Jasinlee's work is a part of what is taking us there.

Please understand my worry here. The last coin ( which is very recent ) that decided to help each other, crashed and burned because the devs totally put the coin on the back burner to help the other coin. I lost my shirt on that coin very badly.... as in started @ 4.5k and when I finally gave up on it, it was down to ~150...

Now seeing this starting to repeat again with another coin just sends off bells on me. Need some kind of reassurance here people. Before you call me a damn troll, look and see I backed this coin 110% ( granted I whine about the price at times, but I always stick by it )....I got a ton into this one too and dont want to lose out again.

these concerns are legit, but what coins are u talking about, cause I have the feel ur talking about totally different circumstances/devs

Remember they are separate devs. They will finish their core work independently and then collaborate once 2.0 and rewrite are finished.

Terrible idea unless you somehow merge the coins into one, which would still screw the current holders of both. If you take two coins and share the features, you're cutting the market cap of both in half, as you now have essentially two of the same coin.

But I'm still confused. Why do we need the cache coin?! I mean the COIN.
Yes, cache is owned by jasilee, the code base is significant for xc future development.  so just utilizing the cache code for xc is not enough?
or you guys are designing something like sidechain for xc platform?
I just don't wanna know XC will learn from 3I company and make something like BTS, PTS and AGS?

PoBC will increase privacy, just be patient they will get to it when the core platform is completed.

Side note: keep in mind. ...this will have a robust codebase. Fixing bugs and the daemon. No more bloat due to the collaboration, no more lag on adding keys, no more waiting a year for a new feature, a whole set of new rpcs, and a single wallet that functions on all operating systems. This is no small feat, half of these features will work due to PoBC.

Yes people are selling but they are also buying, just on the buy side not taking up the sell side.. Hopefully this will change soon and we will see some more aggressive buying.. Judging by the chunks that have been taken, it would not be unreasonable to presume that these people will have kept some BTC to once side to push things in the direction they want once the time is right...

I think we just need once push to circa 15k and then we will take off, its just when that push comes....
