Hey Guys,

Been keeping an eye on this while I've been travelling. Glad to see we're approaching 0.002, expect some resistance when we test it, but we'll pass shortly after. I'm not going to go into this too much but our biggest competitor is about to have nothing but disadvantages compared to us. There only advantage up until Rev 2 was media attention, something which looks like its about to be over.

Anyways, I expect a test of 0.0025 in the coming days. Have reset my alarms till then as there's no way were not breaking through 0.002. Will reasses then.

Hope your all good and its great to see everything coming together as planned.

Well, that happened fast.

Market is currently reconsolidating before another big push. Expect it to stall around this mark for the next few hours before a test of 0.003. Alarms have been set, will update then when we have more data.

On a side note. A special thanks to the team. While allot of us saw this coming months ago without the teams hard work and dedication this would never have been realised. Keep it up.

For those talking long term prices, if bitcoin bubbles up, we will test 0.01. This could happen in weeks rather than months. It all depends on the bubble though.

You said Dev haven't posted here for a while... hmmm that implies you are not new.   If you are new and genuinely was interested, you would not have asked your question the way you did and even just one page back, that roadmap was posted clearly.

Why are all the items in the development plan unrelated to the protocol? Are you not concerned with blockchain size, centralization of PoS or any of the other issues with the protocol? Could encrypted messaging and the likes not be provided by other services? Most of the development plan seems to be focused around building out a wallet than working on the protocol. Seems like a bad move in my opinion.

I've followed this thread closely and I know that blockchain bloating, centralisation of POS etc are all issues they are actively dealing with, and apparently doing so quite well.

Being a non technical fella myself. I would assume the RoadMap was made for the average person. The idea of XC is to appeal to the general public and not just 'geeks'. If you are concerned with technicalities, you should take the time to converse with the developers yourself.

I am more concerned with the Wallet than the protocol because that is something I understand and will use.

You seem to make the same mistake I made with the faucets. We want to bring XCurrency to NON crypto users. Not The geeks. Remember we are smart money we seek gain in the future

No. You do not want to pay 10k in a church to advertise crypto to my grand ma, that would just be plain stupid. Even if all old people would be gathered in a single room you do not want to spend money on them b/c they are 100 steps back.

Crypto is hard right now to get into and it might take a while before we have the infrastructure necessary to gain access to the people with 3-4 steps behind.

Geeks are easier to target are they are most likely just 1 step behind AND you want to be the first to rally them as they often time have good enough REACH at a low cost. Don't try to publicize on CNBC at 100k a pop or w/e. 750$ to advertise to your average joe whose 3-4 steps behind is too much. The effort needed from them is too great for them to put it in.

Keep it simple crypto currency is still at his infancies. You want the large geek population to know what is XC and why is XC better than LTC/DRK/VRC and ETC

Aha, I remember you from the other day. Your last appearance was similarly negative and ill-informed.

If you'd read our press releases, you'd know that EM, for example, is effectively a fundamental part of the XC protocol. This is because instead of the broadcasting system the Bitcoin and most altcoins use, XC uses end-to-end encryption for communication. This secure foundation within the wallet/node/app is simply exapted to support EM.

I'd think that you'd not fail to miss the fact that Rev 2 - multipath - is protocol-related too. I'm honestly not sure how to explain why because I can't imagine why you'd assume it isn't. Weird.

So yes, wallet- and protocol-related items are on the roadmap.

Kindly inform yourself, and then please engage in constructive and positive conversation henceforth.

If you do a search for xc after looking at coinmarketcap a different thread comes up. this is the second xc thread, right? the other thread has the dev as the op, right? The OP here is different and not the dev, right? so the dev hasn't posted for a while, right? but now I know the roadmap and why the dev hasn't posted. all the other stuff I'll just ignore. thanks.

Well written arguments from a daytraders perspective

This will be a debate for sure because there are different stands. From my personal experience we could reach the people that are 1 step behind threw FREE publicity. We have a strong community that can get the word going threw all possible outlets (socialmedia, collegues, trollboxes, etc.). To reach average Joe who is 3 steps behind we need to do A LOT of work and starting with this in little steps would be, in my opinion, a good idea. And I still believe we should do these paid releases for financial interested people

personally, I believe .004s for this coin will be reached within 24 hours easily. You guys have put together a very awesome package and I can't wait to see the unvielings over the next 3 days. I don't think this coin has yet felt the influx of big money yet. I do believe there was a small pump when it got listed on mintpal(who doesn't get that exchange pump ) but this coin stayed strong on the aftermath. Amazing signs. There may be small periods of pull ins, but with only 5mil coins and developmental plans on the docket.... this baby is gonna fly.
