Just look at chart pattern
Yeah, moron. Let's look at the chart pattern. Maybe in the backwater third world country you come from an increasing trend line is bad, but around here this bodes well. Lets not insult third world countries with comparison to that moron....being moron it is not related to geographic location

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Learned 2 lessons:
- A single whale can move the XC price by more than .001 BTC/XC
- Let XC stake in cold storage and ignore the price.

I have some sync problems with my wallet. It says i'm connected and VERY VERY slowly its updating the chain i think but its running for days now.
I had 2k coins in my wallet and they're gone, although at the transactions I see that I should have them in my wallet so thats probably my blockchain still updating. Anyone got a list of IP's for the CONF file, or other tips? Thanks
did you try to close and relunch the wallet each time the sync is blocked? you can also delete all files (just keep wallet.dat and save it somewhere else to be safe (usb stick + hdd files crypted...) in c:users/appdata/roaming/x11coin then you reinstall xcapp from xc download website (version 1.15): http://www.xc-official.com/xc-downloads/And try again to resync relunching each time it is blocked. Don't worry if you haven't lost your wallet.dat file you are safe.

XCurrency is the first alt that I actually feel comfortable owning, and I don't find myself worrying about the price. I'm sure this will be the sentiment of many people in the very near future. Trust in the altcoin world is pretty much non-existent. Once you think you can trust a coin and/or the devs, you get burned. One too many burns, and investors start to lose faith. Personally.....I'm tired of trying to play the ups and downs of the market. I'm tired of rolling the dice on the next alt release hoping that I can salvage my losses from another coin. I'm tired of the constant pump & dump coins that never recover.
I actually got burned BADLY on another coin, which led me here. I basically was looking to salvage what I had left and wanted a coin that I didn't have to watch 24/7. Something with a potential to grow. A coin with a development team that isn't completely anonymous (transparency will turn out to be very important) and an impeccable and appropriate background. A coin with a development plan and one that delivers.
If you're tired of all the games, P&D's, scams, empty promises and just hundreds of garbage coins and clones.........My friends.......XCurrency is the answer. XCurrency has restored my faith and interest in alt-coins once again.
Same here, with the team and plan behind XCurrency I am very excited at what this will bring. I have managed to accumulate a few thousand more now the prices are lower and feel comfortable owning it - no heavy bags. No brainer.

where the fuck are the mods, Ricardo should have been banned a long time ago.
You my friend should be banned for using inappropriate language. Not me. This is public place. I express my thoughts and have a right to broach my line. If you don't like this get out of here in private and don't jar thin air with your foolish statements. I assume you are 6 class graduated and too welding to observe the promising position i already have. That's not about my giveaways and capitalization but about my magnitude. You are just inept person. And watch your language. This is what happens when you give a moron a thesaurus and an english translator. He is building up to a SCAM - watch out and ignore.

I just have a question: It there any talk about creating a decentralized market for xc, any plans for that whatsoever? I just think xc needs a way to make it spendable for eCommerce right away this is the only thing cloak has planned that we dont, as far as i can tell. I was hoping that a market is in the works...damn I like xc a lot but without a market we will be trailing cloak. I mean they also have some anon implementation that might work just as well as xc's implementation so then the only thing that would make a big difference is the market. Even if we get xc on the currency cards and ATMs there is nothing to spend it on except on the crowdfunding...Just my 2 pennies, what do you guys think? XC plans on full POS integration, so you'll be able to spend it anywhere. Also, by "market" I'm not sure whether you mean a place to exchange XC with other currencies or a place to buy various products with Cloak/XC, but the latter will be unnecessary if you can spend XC anywhere, and the former is a standard Blockchain 2.0 implementation that is on the cards for XC. Secondly, stealth addresses are a pragmatic but weak form of anonymity. I understand that introducing xc on the currency cards and ATMs will make it possible to spend it anywhere or exchange it for fiat but we can do this just as well with bitcoin. For xc there needs to be a different application, specific for anon coins, like an online market. By market I refer to a completely decentralized online market that would use xc. For such a market to have success a true anon coin is necessary and xc is perfect for that. Otherwise there are little applications that would require the use of an anon coin. I mean using it to sponsor political parties is great but still...not enough. Also what point is there to keep the records of a online company private (using xc) if the actual business can not be conducted also in a private way (using a decentralized anon market based on xc). Do you get my point? One thing is certain in my opinion: First anon coin that also gets a decentralized market will have a great advantage over the other anon coins simply for the fact that the currency velocity (the speed at which it circulates) will increase and will drive price higher, creating more stability, creating more demand and so on.

If you're posts were just deleted then it's not your fault but MR Ricarodo's . He has a new account that started of with the first posts being attacks on cloak and then then attacking xc to advertise his URO.
Most people agreed that his posts should be deleted so they were.

I know some people may not agree with this use case, but if darknet markets start accepting XC I would think we would get a huge boost. I mean with the Tor stick implentation it seems like a perfect fit. No need for mixers anymore for those that care about such things. Demand would skyrocket. Just my thoughts on the matter.
Thats what I was thinking, demand would skyrocket. But what if xc could have it's own decentralized market that would work on xc, that would be great. It wouldnt look very good to the rest of the world if we had an inbuilt market selling drugs etc though would it. I agree it wouldn't look very good for some people, but then what is the purpose to have an anon coin? You can use bitcoin or any other coin for regular stuff, especially bitcoin since it's very stable compared to all the other alts.

Your coins won't stake if they are in cold storage. They have to be in a live wallet.

Yeah but now the fud is terrible at least last time technical people were saying stuff that kind of made sense. This time, it's either old fud or just nonsense. I think that says something about how desprate they are.

Funny is your trying to spread FUD here. Instead of me, honest Mr Ricardo who are the warrior for the giveaways rights here. I am God of chart analysis, you can't cope with me. Just to make things clear, mare. Last reply, You were advertising URO and I have left some posts to prove your behaviour.

Cold storage is a paper wallet or having your wallet.dat file stored offline (i.e., on a USB stick). By opening your wallet once a week, you have a live (hot) wallet and they will stake.
