180You sure about that, bro? Yup, That's how many blocks to confirm, but it takes a minimum of 8 hours to mature for staking.

I only have 267 XC atm, but I invested all the Bitcoins I could spare in it at 250k, so selling it now would be dumb for me if it is pointing to going up again.
I'd hold on, we'll be heading back up before long.

Will I earn more if I leave my wallet running 24/7?

How do I maximize my XC earnings?
Will "seeding" earn me more?
From what I understand, with the Rev 2 wallet, you will be "seeding" and staking at the same time. Currently I think there still is the 550 XC requirement to be an Xnode, but I'm not sure, and that number may change.

How many confirmations before coins are considered "mature"?
How many confirmations before coins are considered "mature"?
180The question is confusing, well to me anyway. How many confirmations until you can use the minted coin, or how long until new coins in your wallet can start staking? It takes 180 confirmations for your minted coins to be to be used. It takes 8 hours minimum for the coins to mature enough to be able to stake. So how many blocks/confirmations will it take for the minted coin to be able to stake? At a 90 second block time, 320 blocks/confirmations. Or would it be 180 confirmations + 8 hours = 500 blocks/confirmations?

Currently each wallet can function as trustless mixer but it has to have 550xc in it. This requirement might change as we do more testing.

Does each trustless mixer need its own distinct IP address or can I have multiple computers running wallets as trustless mixers on my home network?

Yes, this would be valuable.
How about this?
1. Be good to each other 2. Be gracious to "enemies" 3. Completely ignore spam, FUD, and abusive comments 4. If you respond to anything with the above in it, erase the offending remarks from your reply before posting, because leaving it in will allow it to incite further offense. (Also Teka might delete your post.) 5. Don't ever spread FUD elsewhere. Respect other projects. XC doesn't need to compete with them; it's strong enough on its own. 6. Be patient with newbies. There'll be a lot of them arriving as XC grows. 7. The way you treat people makes up 95% of what's relevant in a post; the information supplied is 5%. 8. The way XC appears to the world depends on the way you are to other people. 9. Be aware of the difference between what you perceive and what you infer from your perceptions (e.g. statements vs. the intentions suggested by statements). 10. You devalue yourself by being aggressive/insulting/etc. 11. If we don't treat opponents well, then we just take on their mode of interacting instead of imparting our mode of interacting. 12. So be good to each other.
Nice to see everyone seems to follow our community guidelines
