Woah!  what's happening with the block reward over on http://duck.extremepool.org/ ?
And last block found 29 minutes ago?  Huh
hit refresh, last block 11 minutes ago.

and the block reward has nothing to do with the pool, that stat is just pulled from the daemon.

I've refreshed. First thing I did.

Net block last found is 36 minutes.  Last reward was 3947.87.  This doesn't seem incorrect considering the last reward was 320000? and a 4 minute block time goal.

Edit: Reward and blocktime seems to be improving

And last block found 29 minutes ago?  Huh
Explanation:

2. 29 and even more is a normal time for 4 min TARGET_TIME cryptocurrency.
1. BLOCK_REWARD = BASE_REWARD(currently = 320000XDN) -  BLOCK_SIZE_PENALTY (Normal block should be < 32000, in other case block reward will be lower than expected)

Here is the block 8160:
https://minergate.com/blockchain/duck/block/b7239e7406e85a1e17965778c29d999fdc98fd2793d233f641b971280ea7628e

Block Size 91514 that is > 32000, because of 10 big transactions, so reward for that block is lower than expected. That is a normal situation for all CryptoNote coins.

http://duck.5limi.com/
chinese pool.
who can help us to fix the nethash~thanks~

Divide it by 4 if you started from a Monero base (a block every 4 minutes for duckNote, every 1 minute for Monero).

don't divide it by 4 you would want to multiply it by 4 if you started with the base pool code

No problem.

TIP: duckNote initial block size without penalty = 32000 vs 10000 in Bytecoin (BCN)

32000?  I find that hard to believe considering if that was the reward there should only be (assuming about 22 days since launch) 32000*360*22 = about 253M ducknote in existence right now, which is way too low a number.

Yep, just confirmed my thought.  7 hours ago blockreward was 320000: https://minergate.com/blockchain/duck/block/5b98d7bcbc037eda378bdeae7cb1d5d7dd2242d20fdcd6cc9d7e6807715e136d

sent 10000 to bittrex as 1st try, every thing goes fine

after , i sent 1000000, sent successfully according to wallet , but transaction not even present in blockchain

id: 01867236fe73a9703f5b3f8207b63107a53068e159cbbc03b9ec69347e515dd9

im experiencing same problem, however not only with ducknote. Today i sent ~6 QCN and ~1.2m XDN to bittrex and none of it is showing on the blockchain except for ~200k of the XDN. I had to send the XDN in multiple smaller transactions because of transaction size issue. My coins are gone now and not on the blockchain either.

why are ppl selling xdn so cheaply on bittrex atm? it's going for less than bytecoin on poloniex which doesn't make sense considering how many bcn there are out there.

What is the correct nethashrate for Duck?

Because on http://duck.extremepool.org/ and https://minergate.com/pool-stats/duck pool it sais 350 KH/s,  and on http://new.hashharder.com/cryptonote/ducknote and http://duck.ext-pool.net/ pool it sais 1400 KH/s.

So which one is right? I would like to know, so I could calculate my mining profitability.  Smiley

It is the lower one. The higher one is calculated using the wrong block time as far as I know.

http://duckpool.mooo.com coincidentally has the right one if you feel like mining Tongue

(not that the mistake makes a difference otherwise than informative)
