I read a few pages back that we are getting some special feature...Maybe a different wallet....?

In my opinion,the feature is not change the GUI.
Dev said that it is diffrent from any other.

Sorry if this has been explained before. If I want to use the GUI wallet can I import my command line wallet to it or do I have to send the coins to the GUI wallet?

Currently you can`t, but we are working on such a feature. Soon we will announce it.
Also we are working on lots of small features, like mentioned above.
But soon - in next 5-10 days we will announce duckNote feature, that will blow your mind. We will lift XDN to the next level D<.
