Yeah a new wallet with Tor and in-wallet trading due today. And the fully decentralised proof of stake anon feature (PoSA) 9 days away (see count down timer in OP). Also a forum vote for next most wanted feature after today's release. |

Kind of but not essential... look how much PR and media work blackcoin does and it's price has been pretty flat since they started all that. The 'push strategy' looks kind of desperate in my opinion. DRK had a 'pull strategy', the coin just attracted interest and the media/attention went to them. Best and most resource efficient way to get a name out there. Dev's just continue what you're doing and let's see where it's at when PoSA is released. I think the OP and website is important and they look damn good right now. Still think someone should animate the logo for fun.... |

Hey guys, my coins are stuck in "Stake" but are not spendable in my balance. Do I just have to wait or is there a way to move the coins from "Stake" to "Balance"?

Those coins are now counterfeit, not spendable  but try to encrypt your wallet, minting should stop . |

Those coins are now counterfeit, not spendable but try to encrypt your wallet, minting should stop . Encrypted the wallet but they are still stored as "stake", I'll wait for syncing to finish and see where it's at. EDIT: I suppose those new PoS coins may need to go through a confirmation before making the whole balance available again. Thanks for the help. I just had wait for the PoS blocks to mature, everything is as it should be and I'm ready for the new wallet now. Great work devs! |

Cloak devs were up into the early hours compiling the new wallet.
It took longer than expected, as is often the case.
They finally did it but I suspect the dev making the build for windows QT has collapsed from exhaustion before getting it built, (the easy part).
He sent this pic to show it working in linux.
Now we just have to wait for him to get operational again (wake up) and send the build over.
