Has there been a better explanation how good the obfuscation between a sender and a receiver is using PoSA? The whitepaper just says its relayed through two staking nodes. Would be great to know what traces there are left? Its done twice and I assume thats done to increase the obfuscation level.

I am waiting to hear more info on this as well.

Haha, nice one.

Just saying, as a crypto-writer I would like to know more concrete details about PoSA.

if you're looking to conduct an interview for a publication, get in #cloakcoin IRC and PM one of the devs to andwer some questions when the have a moment. anything to increase visibility right now would be a win-win.

seems a bit unfair to me..  I have about 3000 Cloak that was staking. True about the orphaned blocks, but I heard that other people with halve of my balance are receiving almost 1 Cloak a day.
How is this possible?

I thought that the stake was 6% per year?
thats about 0.5 Cloak per day right?

So why does somebody with 1500 Cloak receive 1 Cloak per day..

Not trying to fud. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

you might wanna consolidate your coins into one block.
coin weight does matter when it comes to preventing orphan blocks.
if you go to control, you'll notice you have bunch of small fragments of coins.
click them all and send it to your 2nd or 3rd address until you have 1 block with your entire amount.
when it stakes few hours later, that 1 block will be split into 2 blocks, and 4 and 8 and on.
consolidate once in awhile to make your coin weight heavier.

hello! where is "control" you are referring the "transaction" tab? and how can you send it in to your other address by clicking it?
thanks!

It's turned off by default.  To enable it, go to Settings -> Options -> Display and tick, "Display coin control features (experts only!)"

Then, when you go to the "Send Coins" tab, you'll see an "Inputs" button.  Click that and you can see all the Inputs of coins you have.  You can create a new Cloak address and send all these coins to this new address.  Now when you go to "Inputs" you'll only have 1 Input.  This will mean this entire block of coins will try to stake at once (giving you a heavier weight).  When it stakes, this one single input, will split into two.  Every time an input stakes, it splits and you can see them in the advanced coin control section.

Hope that helps.

If, under the "Inputs" button, you only have 1 Input, then there's nothing left to do.  All this does it make it such that your coins are the same age and are staking at the exact same time.  This way, you get one big interest payment instead of many tiny ones.  You don't have to do this, but personally, I find it easier to keep track of how much interest I'm receiving when there is only a few, large inputs staking, as opposed to many, many smaller ones.  It's personal preference, but also lets you see exactly how staking works and what happens to your coins after they stake.

when I click  the input  i see "1" "amount"  "label" " address"  "date" "confirmation"
"checkbox" (6) (********coins that i have)  no label  " my adresss"

is this mean i have 6? or 1?

That means you have 6 inputs.  You can click on the little arrow to the left of the "checkbox" and it will drop down and show you all 6 inputs.
