The dev is still replying to people. That's a good sign.

Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

Ive been impressed with this coin/currency from the start - the feature of balance value incorporated into the wallet is something i've not seen before - it would be nice to get a selectios of currencies instead of just the dollar though Wink

This account was hacked & possibly sold during the period of August 1st and October 24th 2017.
Anything done or said in this period wasnt me.
Many thanks to Cyrus for his help restoring access to my account.

dollar value of bitcoin provided by Bitstamp API.
BTC/MIN rate is provided by Bittrex API

The idea was to keep it as simple as possible as all this crypto stuff may appear intimidating for those who are unfamiliar with cryptocurrencies (which I believe is true for the majority of gamers)

we could try to make improvements to it later. Its not hard to implement just want to keep it simple

sounds good - maybe just give us the options to change the values but not make it obvious for beginners Cheesy

they are pumping jackpot now, it's normal, when jackpot will fade away after hitting mintpal, they will return on something else, same story everytime...

theyre also pumping supercoin with it's anon implementation. yep.. supercoin is now at 12k. i guess u guys dont like money here at minerals.

I don't want to just pump and promise something that I'm not going to deliver. In order to announce anonymity feature we should all agree on how exactly should it work.

well of course we'd want it delivered?!? that's why we were raising a bounty. i stopped promoting the bounty else im sure itd be over 10k min by now. as i explained. u must choose one of the methods that conceals a sender's address from the recipient. there are a variety of ways to achieve this. just pick a successful coin and copy and paste the anonimizing code. all that is really important to investors is that their personal wealth and value is not published to everyone they send a payment or donation to. it doesnt necessarily have to be unique. but it needs to be reasonably successful at that concealment.

- crypto coins and wallets hide one's identity in that they dont need to publish their personal details to make a purchase

- tor anonymizing hides the sender's ip address so his computer cannot be tracked through the nodes

- transaction anonymizing stops advertising his wealth to everyone he interacts with. you dont go telling strangers how much money you have in your bank account do you? or publicize your bank balance? its the same thing applies.

if we provide such feature, larger investors can take the coin more seriously.

I understand that
I did previously post that we will be implementing anonymity later on. Its now on OP as well. The poll that I've published here is to determine what path should we take first. Betting is not the only feature that Minerals will have, its just the first one. Anonymity comes next. We will not rest until Minerals is a comfortable coin to use for anyone (should he be large investor or just a gamer who wishes to bet a small amount)

Can I suggest a service like http://www.altaccept.com/ Incorporated into the wallet or website.

Extremely easy to do and will allow Fiat transactions direct to Minerals for all those gamers out there.

you can rest. just dont go mia for too long on your fans. delays on project timeline are fine i think just as long as investors are notified of the delay and reason. as youd have seen.. crypto relies heavily on the dev's activity as they tend to just bugger off and leave everyone hanging as they scramble to reconstruct the community without a dev and save the coin.

i was involved in one such venture myself. cashcoin. dev was very infrequent to respond. and all the while, just feeding us tidbits while he was actually cashing out his premine and all his mined coins at the highest price point. he then just abandoned the community without a word and it never recovered.

there are many stories like that here in crypto. hence why it is important to drop a line for ur supporters i would say at least once a day with an update or just to say hello, a bit of chitchat etc. when you have a good community and u are a working dev the community will take care of you.

If Minerals could get listed on https://v2.moolah.io/ it would be easy to buy/sell using fiat.

Would be nice.

Hello guys! This guide is for those who wish to mine Minerals even tho the POW stage is over. CoinKing admins were nice enough to add Minerals as a payment currency! This means that you may connect your mining hardware to CoinKing and mine whatever coin is most profitable right now (should it be scrypt, x11, x13 or even n-scrypt) and get payed with Minerals!

Even tho CoinKing website is pretty clear and most of you probably already familiar with them I've prepared this little guide that still might help you. Just follow it step by step and in a minute you should have a working CoinKing account that will help you gain many Minerals!

So the first thing to do is to register at CoinKing.io (if you have an account already just skip this step). Make sure to use your working email address as you will need it to unlock the account in order to update your wallet info.

Go to Wallets section

Now you want to unlock your account.

Click this link and you will see a popup message. Press the email button to receive an unlock code. It should arrive to your inbox almost instanly (also check your spam folder!). You should then enter this code at CoinKing and click Authorize

You may now make changes to your account for the next 30 minutes. After 30 minutes you will need to unlock your account again.

Now once your account is unlocked choose X11 tab

Scroll down the list to Minerals and click on "No Address Set". This should bring up a form where you should enter your Minerals wallet address

There, wallet address added

Don't forget to enter Autopay Threshold. Set it to like 1 MIN. You should get payed 4 times a day, every 6 hours. Please contact CoinKing support via their chat if its not happening https://coinking.io/chat.php

Now scroll back up and click on the "Automatically Convert All Coins To..." drop down menu. Find Minerals there at the bottom of the list and click on it

No give it few seconds to load and you shall see that most of the coins that you mine on CoinKing will be automatically converted to Minerals

Not all of the coins are going to be converted tho. I think it is due to the fact that Minerals not yet listed on cryptsy.com where these coins are traded. Minerals should get listed on Cryptsy as well.

Ok, now we are ready to create a worker! Navigate to "Workers"

Once there click on a "Add Worker Account" button and set a name for your worker (should be simple, like 1). CoinKing will automatically set password as x.

Once the worker is created you may start mining whatever algo you wish to mine. On this page you may see lists of ports and stratum links to connect to
https://coinking.io/servers.php

Thats it!

If you have any questions regarding CoinKing feel free to contact em via chat at https://coinking.io/chat.php
