Yes I often send the whole lot back to my wallet, to get it all in one bunch after it has been split too many time. ("Payment to yourself").

You need like 5-9 coin days to get it to stake too. At least if you transfer it to yourself.

That's a bummer. Many of these mined blocks have nearly 300000 confirms, so I was hoping to generate some nice interest. If I'd known of this issue I would have consolidated the outputs months ago.

I wonder how many other people are in the same situation? It would be handy if the coin client had a simple check to alert the user, "your outputs are too small, so you're never going to stake"

They do stake, it's just that you get very small outputs, like 1 GRW or less. That's why I gather it all in one big block (454cc anyone? Tongue)

You can easily see it all in CC, weight and size.

yeah with this diff small and really small output might take longer to stake.

also remember that staking is supposed to happen around 5 days, but currently the minimum age is more around 9+ days.

Coin control is a good idea to combine smaller block if that is your case

I decided to leave it going overnight and can see it's now staked 4 times. Smiley Here's an example...

http://grw.blockx.info/tx/a40780f0976cf3833a8e88279d11373feef6580f1e0aa48979e4cbe52594245d

If I'm reading this right, the client didn't split or combine any inputs when minting? I guess I'll leave it going for a few more days, to get the most out of the oldest unspent outputs, and then consolidate my 13k+ unspent outputs (most are only single digits of GRW, some are even less than 1 GRW) into more substantial outputs.

that's good...

The client combined the PoS reward with the generated block instead of splitting.  But everything seems normal to me!

Unick,

Since the block explorer seems to be down, have we approached PressTab to see if he would be willing to host the chain at http://www.presstab.pw ?

I wonder what presstab would charge to look over the code and clean it up. I know Noise23 dev was getting involved, and he is very talented too.

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953
