Well I have just spent the last few hours banging the PayPro drums on the Bittrex IRC channel.

Tough crowd but I like a challenge.

This may turn out to be a 'hair and tortoise race' mainly due to the number of bad coins that have been around.

I don't see this as a problem for our future proof coin.
With time also comes trust.

Anyhow - the tortoise won the race if my memory serves me well.

If it is a coin with no features or use, yes agreed. However, if the dev can build in features and usefulness to create demand then it could be sustainable.

Fortunately, I have the honor of working behind the scenes at PayProCoin.
The only ways this coin is going is FORWARD AND UPWARD.

I am enjoying the lack of unnecessary hype around this coin.
Since the launch only a little over one week ago we have seen consistent and professional progress.
We have not had purportedly buzz-worthy whitepapers, fake features or the other nonsense found in the wannabe alt coins.
I am sure any Mintpal launch will be supported by a wider market place and more adoption.
When the CEO says 'patience'... I am calmer than you are.

No,
We have been speaking to other community members about this.
We misunderstood and thought that $2,500 in donations would put us up top.
However, its been pointed out that the top coin paid £2,000 in donations PLUS a bucket load of free votes.

So, like you have pointed out - it would cost us 20 BTC to be in a chance -

Personally I think thats way too much to ask and the whole idea should be scrapped.

As some of the community will know I have spent a few hours on the ICR #Bittrex today.

Very tough crowd.

Main concerns from the users in the chat room was the premine as they think its going to be dumped on them.

Yep, that's always a major concern. Just have to keep the transparency in the forefront and the trust level will remain.

I still don't "get" the concept of having to "pay" to get listed. Basically MintPal wants 10 BTC, roughly $5,900, to be added to their exchange. then they are going to still charge you transaction fees.

I guess the rich get richer.

Its the way the game is played. It sucks but it is what it is.
