I think your ref to the PayPro Merchandise (mats,tea-shirts,mugs etc) which will only be sold using PRO as tender.

although the effective annual inflation rate diminishes over time. this could have been acheived without such volume of coin

Both projects were not completed before we said good bye to our head developer and after consultation with the new developer teams - it was decided that it is more important to finish laying the foundations of PayProCoin before the projects could grow properly.
